Rahul Kar­dam is a senior con­sul­tant with a career span­ning 23 years in deliv­er­ing highly com­plex busi­ness and tech­nol­ogy change across global orga­ni­za­tions and sup­ply chains.

Accom­plished at shap­ing and lead­ing matrix teams of 250-plus and man­ag­ing bud­gets in excess of $100 mil­lion. He is strate­gic thinker with a tal­ent for lever­ag­ing tech­nol­ogy to unlock busi­ness value.

Mr. Kar­dam works for Bp Oil Inter­na­tional as Busi­ness Inte­gra­tion Pro­gramme Man­ager, respon­si­ble for deliv­er­ing numer­ous multi-million dol­lar busi­ness change projects across the Global Oil sup­ply chain. Bp is a global group that deals in the explo­ration, pro­duc­tion, refin­ing, trad­ing and dis­tri­b­u­tion of energy world­wide, employ­ing 92,000 peo­ple and oper­at­ing in more than 100 coun­tries across six con­ti­nents. He joined Bp in Jan­u­ary 2006 after serv­ing as Pro­gramme Man­ager at Cable & Wireless.

Prior to Cable & Wire­less, Mr. Kar­dam was the Direc­tor of Rush­lake Com­put­ers, estab­lished in 1992 pro­vid­ing tech­nol­ogy and project man­age­ment con­sul­tancy to clients like Uni­ver­sal Music Group, Sea­gram, Royal Bank of Scot­land, Credit Suisse First Boston, JP Mor­gan, NatWest Bank, IBM, Dell, FT and Hewlett-Packard.

He holds numer­ous accred­i­ta­tions in MSP, Prince2, ITIL, MoR, CVP, IIM, CNE and IP patent pending.
